LOS stands for "Loss of Signal." This indicates that the physical optical signal from the street distribution box has been interrupted (often due to roadwork or fiber bend). Please do not pinch the yellow patch cord. Call our technical dispatch at +91 7799906341 immediately; our field crew will be dispatched.
Tax invoices are generated on the 1st of every calendar month and automatically emailed to your registered corporate email ID. You can also email info@bharatvoip.com with your account ID to request past statements.
Submit a relocation request at least 5 working days before your shifting date through your account manager or email us. Our surveying team will verify fiber feasibility at your new office location and schedule the cabling transfer.

1. Information We Collect
Bharat Fibernet (Bharat VoIP) collects personal and enterprise information such as corporate names, contact personnel, addresses, and IP assignments strictly to facilitate telecommunication service deployment, DOT regulatory KYC compliance, and technical billing.
2. Use of Information
Collected details are never sold, rented, or distributed to non-affiliated marketing entities. Data is solely used for maintenance notifications, automated outage alarms, regulatory audits under Indian Telecom Regulations, and billing processing.
3. Network Traffic & Privacy
We do not monitor the contents of encrypted enterprise communication. All customer routing paths adhere strictly to net neutrality principles and established Indian telecom standards.
1. Provision of Services
Bharat Fibernet agrees to provide fiber internet leased lines and auxiliary IT services as per the specific Service Order Form (SOF) executed by the customer. Bandwidth availability is subject to fiber feasibility in specific regions of AP and Telangana.
2. Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
Optical modems, ONTs, media converters, and rented firewalls provided remain the exclusive property of Bharat Fibernet / Bharat VoIP unless explicitly billed as a hardware purchase. Customers agree to preserve equipment in good operational order.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Dedicated enterprise lines carry a 99.5% to 99.9% uptime commitment. Force Majeure events such as national fiber cuts on major highways or municipality demolition activities will be resolved in coordination with regional authorities at maximum priority.
